    Cost of shipping

    In most cases, we offer free shipping as we aim to bring you the best shopping experience possible. Where shipping charges are due, there will normally be a very minimal cost to you as the customer. This cost is due, on some occasions, to ensure that we can send your goods with the most appropriate courier for your order and your delivery country.

    Shipping Time

    We deliver your products within 2-14 days, based on the shipping country's destination:
    Australia and New Zealand : 2-6 days;
    United States and Canada : 2-8 days;
    United Kingdom : 2-8 days;
    Europe : 4-10 days;
    Rest of the World : 4-14 days.

    Please also note that occasionally your order may experience delays while in transit with the courier or at customs. We work closely with our 3rd party shipping companies to minimize delays and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
